Am i able to make a job for an upcoming job for the future? Because i would need planning with a developer about how things will be and done, perfection over the next 6 months?

Yes, you can. But please mark it as finished if you no longer need it to keep the Jobs section clean. I assume the job is just something that is being done throughout those 6 months? But I wouldn't post a job because if you are not accepted developers your job will be 30 pages after a few weeks and nobody will apply anymore.
