Paypal Issues

I've seen this problem in other threads, but none of the solutions listed have worked. After attempting to purchase a script, I am redirected to a page that says:

Really not sure what else to say.

Edit: I've attempted the purchase with a total of two separate PayPal accounts, one individual un-linked credit card and a young man from Denmark (good ol' friend of mine).

But the card is working—I used it several hours ago.

I usually purchase in short bursts every two weeks or so, but it's possible.

Dude that reply i had was a joke I wasn't for real. Maybe its locked or something Idk buy a temporary one at the store orsomething like gift debit card. I've done that before while my actual card was being mailed.

check that your paypal account is setup correctly and fully. check that your card is properly linked. check the card is still valid. check that your bank account is set up with paypal. check your bank account hasn't got your card or paypal blocked.
