Fallout rp gamemode? WTB

Is anyone selling any gamemodes fallout wise that feature

1. Fallout hud
2. Fallout ui on things such as looting/crafting
3. Inventory
4. Stash
5. Factions
6. Crafting
7. Pvp zones/zone creator
8. Armor equip system for example u can equip a helmet and uniform or just the uniform ( bone merge i think is called )
9. Skill/level system that merges with crafting etc
