So far my experience with the server has been great. They go out of their way to help and I'm satisfied so far.
Who is running this joint?
So since I was given a server I suppose I'll tell you guys how it is (please note that I actually work for Intutitive Servers, so feel free to take my opinion with a grain of salt if you feel I'm biased).
Ease of Use: I'd rate this about a 8/10. The control panel is a bit cluttered, and you'll have to contact support if you need to setup .dll's for whatever reason. However, a nice web console is supplied for you as well as a built in config file editor, and a file manager. If either of those don't work out you can always use FTP.
Server Performance: 8.5/10 (though I haven't been able to run a proper "stress test" with many addons or players). The server I was provided is really nice, I picked only two slots since I plan on only using it for development and goofing around with friends. I average around 120 ping which isn't terrible considering my garbage Internet and that I'm located 1,800 miles away from the actual server.

You should probably make another thread. If I'm wrong, this thread was meant for a contest, not to update people on your services. That title seems a little clickbait at this point.
