Addon that can limit classes based on user's hours?

Hi, I need an addon that can put a limit on jobs relative to how many hours the player has on the server (preferably U-Time based). Basically, it would be used to limit someone from becoming a job until they have X hours played on the server.
Can't you just do in a customCheck if ply:GetUTime() < YourTime then return false end
Someone helped me, and yes I figured out it can be done with a Custom Check. Thanks!
