Addon Creator dont fix the issues

Sorry, you are not the creator or anyone from staff, they can see it
The idea behind this is out of respect and appreciation for the moderators, you post the ticket here for them to have quick and easy access to it. It does not help their job when they have to go out of their way to help you and collect information that you fail to bring. After all, you are asking for their help.
Even if you gave us the link of the ticket, Gmodstore devs do have brains that they worked on permission system, so we wouldn't be able to see it even if you gave us the link, only the mods.
In your conversation with the developer, he has you to preform some trouble-shooting techniques and you replied with basically "I don't want to do that". Even if you don't want to, doing it helps the developer diagnose where the issue is coming from. Then, the developer last replied to you saying it was just a temporarily thing and you didn't reply for 3 weeks. Then one day ago you reply, closing the ticket, giving him no real information other than "I bought another script".
You provide no real info other than "jobs don't work", and from a developer's perspective, I wouldn't be able to do anything with that info either.
Finally, you mention a whole slew of things "stopped working" and give no error message or anything. It's like saying:
You: "Hey, come meet up with me" Him: "Where?" You: "I can't tell you"
Soo..... what do you want us to do if you even fail to give the developer any real information?
