DFilm Production (SFM & In-Game Server Trailer)
Just a few gripes with the latest one you posted
- The hands are malformed at certain times
- One guys arm appears to goes through the wooden shelf (?), either way the movement seems unnatural
- A smoke grenade is thrown but a flash appears
- The siren should have stopped the moment they parked (personal opinion).
- The footsteps could have a different sound effect. It sounds like someone is door spamming.
Other than that, neat.

DFILM PRODUCTION
We're back on track...
Hello there, server owners.
We are once again doing trailers, but this time only animation based.
That's correct, we aren't doing anything In-Game filmed anymore, but this is mainly to organize your trailer even better.
You can look at this thread to see our past work.

Wasted an entire day of my time explaining to him what i need, then i left the server after getting a ridiculous price for a timeframe of a trailer that wouldnt even have enough time to deliver the message i want in the trailer, i got readded and was attempted to be scammed instead. Definitely dont recommend these guys unless you run a dark rp server or military rp server, you will only be scammed and they will speak to you like dickheads, probably 14 year olds doing this. Worst service i have encountered on gmod
As the lead animator who was supposed to create a trailer for the individual above:
I don't understand your outrage, perhaps it stems from a lack of awareness in the animation market. You expected me to create a 3-minute cinematic trailer in SFM for $180. A 3-minute animation requires dedicating a month, additionally, your map, which you sent, looked like it was made in 2012, so I reminded you that if the trailer is to be atmospheric, the map needs to be redone in Hammer, or a lot of time needs to be spent scene-building in SFM, which further increases costs. Your response and reasoning for the price were as follows: "Creating a trailer for my server will also help you, and the length should not affect the final price." Throughout all this time, we completed exactly 98 orders, and you are the only dissatisfied customer. After your outrage, you yourself suggested that you would find something cheaper, so I wrote to you that if you want good quality, you won't find anything cheaper. Costs on SFM hubs start from $10 per SECOND of animation, ending even at $23. By writing this to you, you only left a reaction and left the Discord without any explanation. I would have to be an idiot to agree to your rate for a 3-minute trailer (by the way, the longest I would ever make), such a length of animation is equivalent to at least $700. I had orders lasting less than a minute, for which clients paid $600, because they were so demanding and time-consuming.
Your mention of our "scam attempt" is very hurtful; we have worked with a huge number of clients, and no one ever had doubts about our honesty. We have cooperated with many YouTube channels such as Caylus (15 million subscribers), Johnny Sunglasses (30k+ subscribers), and charitable foundations like Mustache Masters. Looking at it from this perspective, you tried to scam us by insisting on paying me $180 for over 40 hours of work (Map editing, porting assets, animation itself, choosing music, writing the script). Furthermore, I don't know why you can talk about a scam when you wanted to send us money even before we agreed on the scenario - it was me who wrote, "No, no - don't send anything before we agree on scenario."
In summary, you pour your frustration on us because we wanted a fair price for honest work.
Best regards,
Devo
