Cars
How do you make the turning a car not as delayed, its pretty much like I start turning it doesn't turn on time and the next thing I know I'm in a pole.
Move to live nearby the server.
You can not avoid ping delay.
Even though I think the ping plays a role, it's not the main cause.
A friend of mine (really talented developer) once developed a Wiremod E2 Chip that improved car handling, traction etc and it made a huge difference. If a simple E2 chip can fix that problem, then I'm sure Lua will do a even better job.

Ehhh my ping sits at 16, :(
Reduce the cl_interp value on your GMod. By default it is 0.1 (100ms)
Beware that this will cause even the smallest hangs to become bigger on the client and much more noticeable. If the server you're playing on is very smooth then setting it to 0 (will find the minimum by itself) would make turns not delayed at all. However, if it is not a smooth server just set it to 0.066 like I have. It will help a little with the delay.
How would I do this for a server though? There's little to no lag, pretty much.
I wouldn't recommend messing with interp values for the server. Keep this only on the clients who want smoother driving.
i feel you Codex, i have the problem on my server too. And our pings are also 10-15 It was better some time ago but now the handling delay is a pain in the ass
