I bought RayScoreboard but when I launch my server it does not appear.

Hello everyone, I bought the Rayboard (RayScoreboard - Incognito Mode Update!) but when I launch my server it does not appear even though I have no errors and no problems the command "!rayui" works but when I press the button to see the scoreboard I don't see it and it's the basic one that appears.
