Some help with a conflicting addon

Hello, I have a custom addon on my server, that works great on its own. However there is a popular workshop addon that conflicts with it when installed. Because of this players often report issues that can easily be fixed (by them deleting the addon that conflicts with our addons)

Is there a way to disable their clientside addon, as to not interfere with our addons? If not I suppose I would need to have my addon edited so that their addon doesn't conflict with ours.
