Learning PHP, Where to start and what to use.

#21

If you want to learn PHP and can afford an editor like PHPStorm, I'd recommend going for it. It's a great tool that can help you debug your code in a really powerful way. Dreamweaver is for HTML and CSS really, it's not very up-to-date either afaik

Learning this stuff is exceptionally hard, To me at least. When it comes to learning HTML and CSS I am loving a free hosting service called net2ftp.

Portable as in on a memory stick to use on a pc. I think I read somewhere Atom uses your registry or appdata folder so the build on their website isn't portable.
