Help with Forums

I need to know where i can find a suggestion forum if there is one. This would come in handy for addons you don't want a job for, like a Realistic Banking addon and such. Thanks.
Facepunch forums has addon releases, you could check that.
Could always go directly to your favorite content creator, by shooting them a message on SF. Don't really think public suggestions would be very good there could be conflicts, like if someone came up with all the ideas for VCMod and freemmaann just made it. There would be conflicts. Also, lets say it's a really good idea and 10 content creators are working on it and all attempt to release it not really going to work.
Also banking this could work or maybe even this
