Possible Scam

How is this a scam?

So what if his account was created 9 hours ago? People come on here to post jobs. It's his first time on here.

We're going to be launching some Garry's Mod servers, I need someone who can config/edit the plugins and setup everything from the server side. You will be paid for your work, We need someone who can admin the servers and work on updates for us. Essentially you'd be joining our staff team and coming to create some very cool stuff.

Did you even read the job description? He wants a server developer. Who even hires them? Like 25% of jobs posted are literally people asking for a server developer.

Do you have any actual proof of it being an actual scam besides your wisdom?
