Remboursement
Bonjour,
Mon fils a acheté des script chez vous, Il a trouvé le mot de passe de mon PayPal, Donc je voudrai un remboursement je vous pris pour un équivalent de 53€
Merci de votre compréhension
This is an English speaking website.
I'm going to put this in English, and you can translate if you want:
We do not issue refunds. Whether it was you, or "your son", you purchased a digital download, which means even if a refund was given, these developers cannot get their product back. Furthermore, you're telling me, that you/your son has been purchasing scripts for over 3+ months, and you just now found out that 53€ is missing? I find that highly unlikely considering I know even when $2.00 is missing from my paypal because I check it daily.
In all honestly, I don't believe your story at all. And if this IS the parent, it is YOUR responsibility to check stuff like this to ensure no one else can gain access to your paypal account, and you cannot put this responsibility on the developers. It's not their fault you let your son "crack" your paypal.
Furthermore, I find it even more odd, that less than two weeks ago, you downloaded every single one of your scripts, one after another. You started a new script download less than 5 seconds after you started the last one. Almost as if you knew a "situation" was going to come up. So that brings two senarios:
- The kids dad found out two weeks ago, and the kid force downloaded every addon. But if that were the case, I expect the dad would have come to us a lot sooner, rather than two weeks later
OR
- The kid downloaded every script because they felt as if they were going to attempt to try for a refund, and wanted to get the script AND the money back. Knowing access would be revoked afterward (Highly more likely of a senario).
If we find out that you've decided to recover the funds, you / your son will be banned indefinitely, and I will instruct all developers to contact a paypal fraud representative and have your account flagged for fraudulent activity and investigated. As I said, I don't believe this is the case at all, so I'd suggest, whether your community just died, or what have you, that you let the scripts just sit there, and if you decide to re-launch a server at a later date, you'll have them.
However, if you so choose, you can contact each and every developer via a ticket, and tell them this story, and request a refund. If they decide to refund you, that is their decision. But gmodstore itself will not force a refund.
Closing.
