Is carrying over a script to another user against the rules?
Hey guys,
a few weeks ago my friend Pyro bought me Team Radio 2. He only made a mistake, he bought the script (intented for me) but even though I told him he didn't put in my SteamID on purchase. He doesn't have a server and therefor is not using it. He sent me the download so we could at least use it on our server, I did wait a few days after adding it because I told him to open a support ticket.
So he opened a ticket and told him what happened, he said he accidently bought the script for himself instead of me and requested him to switch over. I never had any issues with carrying over scripts even though I already did it before but, BareL says it is against the rules of GModStore. I read the whole ToS and rules again but couldn't find this anywhere, is this something new or..?

Well the first retarded thing he did (other than not managing to not buy the script for you) was he downloaded it. It's up to the dev to decide how to handle it, but he already has a copy of it and so do you.
Which script was it? I mean, I don't think I'd see an issue with migrating the script over to the proper user (of course as long as the original purchaser agrees). But despite that, you guys really need to pay attention when you check out, because those are pretty hard things to miss unless you're just breeze-clicking without reading anything.
