What is this scripts name?

What it does is in a RP-Gamemode you can place as server-admin signs next to houses, and you can press E on a sign to buy the house (its just actually normal RP house doors system, except you buy every door at once AKA the whole house at once) And you can't spawn props in other people their houses except if they add you.

So basically, the normal DarkRP door buy system, except there is a sign and you buy the entire house at once and people can't spawn props in other people their houses. You automatically unown the house/doors when you leave.

(I saw this on a zombieRP server called CJC (chajecrew))

Just want to know the script it's name, can't find it. maybe the owner coded it himself, i'm not sure.
