Ban Wave :: Gmodstore Cleanup
I've been going through gmodstore today and issuing bans on confirmed alts, as well as steam accounts that haven't been setup. There are quite a few alts that have been trying to get by, and I want to ensure this doesn't happen. Every ban could potentially mean a customer doesn't get ripped off in a job or a developer doesn't get a dispute/charge-back.
If you are aware of any accounts that could possibly be an alt or are registered without a steam account being setup (steam literally not setup, doesn't own gmod, no friends, ONLY owns gmod with no other activity etc). Post the links here and we'll check them out.
We need to get gmodstore cleaned up. I don't want bad users getting through and causing developers more issues.

He always signs up with the same exact name too. There's like 5+ alts of him using the same numbers and everything... lol

He's making 1-2 a day at the moment, always the same names lol. I check him at least once a day.

I went through and banned the confirmed alts (there were a few). The ones left unbanned were confirmed to have another account which isn't banned. People need to start actually setting up their profiles and only signing up with ones with gmod bought.

Just stopped by to say; Keep up the great work, Richard. However, think of alternate accounts on here like they're bots on the most infamous game, Runescape. They'll always be back. =)
