What are the downsides of the compression?
Is the quality worse or something?
How does a picture of a cat help me determine what the models look like before and after?
Gonna go ahead and take a leap:
It aint gonna be better.
Best case its unnoticeable for a low/medium compression and otherwise it might be ever so slighty noticeable but with a great compression.
Most likely worth it if you have a lot of models/textures.
Look at the files size that is circled in blue
Sense I have been doing this for a while I have kind of learned how to downsize it while keeping the quality good
