Help with a website
I've never had a website that wasn't something along the lines of Forumotion or Enjin ( yes I'm a scrub ) and I wanted to purchase a website for my community that I started recently. I've never messed with anything like this, so I'm not too sure on what I need to be doing after I purchase the domain. Do you guys have any tips? Anything is appreciated.
Use NFO if your community is small/medium size.

It's only 2 servers now on garry's mod, but I have the funding to make it much larger, which is what we intend to do.
Go daddy is always a good choice, you can install forum software or something similar and go from there.

NFO has the best stuff their only downside is their connection limit, you can see it on their site if you're interested, they're really cheap web hosts and really great.
Or you can order webhosting from me
I would recommend you for the beginning to start with some solid cheap webhosting ( NFO, Serenty Servers, etc. ) And after that if your community goes well and everything is great i would recommend you to move a lot more expensvie IPS, you never can't be wrong with their forums/hosting ( https://invisionpower.com/ )
Protip - If you are going to use NFO webhosting, buy a domain ( they are cheap ) Becasue no one likes subdomains like site.nfoservers.com. It Looks Unprofessional.
If you don't mind doing some work and learning some new things DigitalOcean is great. It uses Linux and is affordable, I use it for my portfolio.
It does take setting up and getting used to though, so if you don't feel comfortable with that then I would stick with something like nfoservers who sets it up for you.
