I purchased a script and didn't receive my item, it took my money though.

Allow the payment to process on gms side, - I'd say wait around an hour and if that doesn't help, then just wait for a mod

Never had this happen before, usually the gms server responds instantly after I purchase something.

Had similar bug with some of my clients, contact the content creator to get the script assigned. Send him your paypal transaction number in the PM, so he can confirm it etc.

Has been resolved, contacted the seller and got the addon.
