Couldn't change active gamemode - 'MilitaryRP' not found
hello guys,
i recently started a small server isnt up and i tried making it military Rp but i doesn't want to change
i tried reinstalling it, i downloaded different links and still no work
someone help asap
When you say you could not change the active gamemode do you mean the gamemode does not even get set or it gets set but the name is wrong. If you are getting the militaryRP not found error it means the gamemode you are trying to set to is not found so chances are you are doing something wrong where you set the gamemode. First off if your gamemode folder is named 'MilitaryRP' this needs to change, first off I am pretty sure you cannot have capitals in a gamemode name so would need to be 'militaryrp'. Next off check your gamemode txt file in the gamemode folder, there should be a txt with the name of the gamemode folder for example militaryrp.txt and within this file is that gamemode folder name. Ive tried changing all the files caps and no caps and it keeps giving me the same error
Not sure what to tell you, that error means the server cannot find the gamemode you are trying to run, if you named everything within the gamemode correct and set the correct gamemode when starting the server I do not see an issue without knowing any other information. All I would suggest is starting fresh with something like darkrp try set it to that and if you are using a DarkRP base then install derivedrp and set it up that way.
