Extract addons from the workshop to see how they tick. You can do this by going to your steamapps/common/garrysmod/bin folder, looking for gmad.exe, then drag a .gma file from your garrysmod/garrysmod/addons folder on top of gmad.exe take a look at my throwable crowbar or stunstick for something slightly-more-than-simple
