General Development

Overview:

Hello, I'm Void. I do general development for servers. Upfront I don't do much custom work, my usual work includes setting up servers for people with not much time or people who lack the ability to do it themselves.

 

Strengths:

1. I know the DarkRP frame work very well
2. I know a decent amount about the Nutscript framework
3. I have premade gamemodes (Star Wars RP and MilitaryRP) for DarkRP and Nutscript with custom features
4. I've acquired friends and contacts with extensive knowledge in these frameworks (most do custom scripts and such) that I can redirect clients to if they need it
5. I will tell you immediately if I can't do something, I won't try to drag on a job

 

Weaknesses:

1. Like I said, I don't do much custom work
2. When I'm working I tend to talk to myself or repeat what I'm reading, it can be annoying
3. I tend to ask a lot of questions about the job and how people want it done
4. I have classes around midday so I'm not easily reachable at those times, but I tend to stay up late working on jobs

Extra Information:

I do have a portfolio if you'd like to check it out. I have taken college courses on programming, it was mostly C++. So I am self taught when it comes to Lua, leading to my reluctance to do custom GLua scripts, I haven't been able to get as deep into the language as I would have liked. So I do know what I can and cannot do, and I understand the difficulty that comes with programming. I do have a loud background at times, so I will occasionally mute myself to spare you from that.
