Are you allowed to sell hosted services?

Hello there,
I was going to code some cool stuff in Laravel, e.g. Statistics, Ban Lists, and all that kind of stuff. Just one thing I am concerned about:
Am I allowed to sell this as an online hosted service? Many people might not be able to setup a website with Laravel, and/or don't have SSH Access to make Laravel work.
If you're going to sell it on here I would recommend tagging it has web.
- Edit you're an alt xD
Do you mean something like sdonate (https://www.gmodstore.com/scripts/view/2168/sdonate-donation-system) ? They offer free hosting for the addon if you aren't able/don't want to host the web part of it yourself.

Seems so. But in this case, I wouldn't even offer it to be self-hosted.
