Why don’t you get the owner to open a ticket?

All the icons I use are from fontawesome, if you've edited the HTML, then check your closing tags. If you haven't, then something's wrong on your end.

I remember I was having this issue earlier but forgot how to fix it. Every time you change the community name in settings, it replaces the name with "{"duration":0,"fade":0,"enable":0,"random":0}".

Another user reported that, but this was something that was fixed in v2.0.3. I've setup a fresh install and no issues occurred there and demo didn't break when i updated so idk where this is occurring atm. How exactly are you updating?

EDIT Pushed an update that should fix it.

The update fixed it, thank you.

How would one display a banner in the top of a theme?

I have reinstalled this addon twice now and I still get the same error. I keep getting the 404 error. However, I did what the FAQ said and make sure the /.htaccess has that certain code but it still doesn't work. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks

Hey guy if you had problem with ubuntu/linux/etc on apache2 to read .htaccess for the installation follow this:

  1. Go on putty and connect as a root or an other account with access
  2. type sudo apt-get update enter
  3. type sudo apt-get upgrade enter and it's gonna ask y/n you type y and enter
  4. type sudo nano /etc/apache2/apache2.conf enter
  5. find: <Directory /var/www/> Options Indexes FollowSymLinks AllowOverride None Require all granted

6. Change AllowOverride None to AllowOverride All

7. save and type sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 reload enter to reload apache 2hope it's gonna help some of you :)

When I try logging in to install it on my box, it just loops

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access / on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Dude, i need help xd

#37

Make a ticket, it's easier. If you're getting a 403, it's either cause the permissions are wrong or index.php isn't included in the default pages or something else.

#38

My screen is just blank. It is just grey.

If your site is https and you're using a certificate provider like Let's Encrypt, you will have this issue. The only workaround is using a more common certificate authority or running your site through cloudflare (which uses a common cert authority). If that's not the case, then make sure you set the URL properly and that it's accessible.

How would I go about this because it is auto-installed by my host, I can install cloudflare through cPanel though.
