This thread was created for the pure purpose of receiving first hand feedback from anyone.
I invite all who have an opinion negative or positive to leave a comment below.
For the past 3-4 weeks I have grown an urge to create something. Later on founding and late last night launching aovaex.
My vision with aovaex is not only to target the game genre but too expand into the general market appealing to anyone and everyone.
I'm please to attach some of my progress so far -

As far as plans are concerned, I'm predominantly focusing on dominating the market for webhosting and domains to begin with. Later expanding to gameservers and possibly vps and or dedicated servers when viable.
The goal at the moment is to undercut competition pushing the best price possible across all products, while of course maintaining quality products.
We all start somewhere and can only improve with constructive feedback or suggestions :)

We have dedicated hardware, all our licensing however is handled through a reseller. Doesn't affect much.
Our current servers are located in the United States as it's cheapest and most viable option.
We additionally heavily moderate all machines to ensure you're receiving for what you pay for.
As far as the disk space is concerned, I've upgraded the plans as followed:

Moreover - I have plans to make several options configurable in the near future.

Your site is not really optimized for mobile devices, you should definitely change that

This is so generic. Please don't. That's literally 90% of web hosters doing that and it kills me inside. Why on earth are you the "new standard" you're using the same exact hardware as most other hosters and you want to give people "the best user experience possible with personalized support and bla bla bla". Why don't you give us any actual proof and details instead of empty promises. That's actually something Crident already learned. Some well-made videos, some proof-of-work, spicy stats etc. That's what most people want to see.

Tell me... why is .com or .net or .org a "Premium" Domain. That's maybe convincing for the average use that has no clue about web stuff, but if you want to target a more "intelligent" customer range, you might want to refrain from it, as this is just ridiculous for most other people.

404 when clicking on game servers...
At least make a landing page, telling people this service is not available yet. And again, very bad for SEO and stuff

The ordering process is just odd, doesn't feel right. Different design, and the interface looks a bit old.
Consider working on that. In it's current state I would not order as a new customer.
When I click on the 'Begin Now' button on your landing page, it redirects to comingsoon.html, which gives me a pretty ugly generic 404 page. Perhaps you could redirect that to something nicer?
Otherwise, design on the website looks great (in my personal view), love the vibrancy of the colors.
When you click the aovaex text at the top left it takes you to a non-existent webpage.
