Job Discussion Cancer

Now, I know I could sound like a complete hypocrite for this, but it needs to stop. Its shit like this that pisses me off, now I just found this in like 2 seconds, but im sure if you looked hard enough you can find some serious hate, and this doesnt go for just job discussion. as seen in this: https://gyazo.com/488a241a72fd7937ffc50506168e6ff5 We have all hated, or commented irrelevant shit on discussions. Im tired of it. These job discussions need to be about the SCRIPT/JOB, there is to be no hate, or non relevant comments that distract people from what needs to get done.

I could ramble on a lot more, and I should, but you get the just. There needs to be a delete option. The author of the job/script should have the rights to delete any comment that they wish. Now you ask "Oh but they could delete valuable information thats needs to be used as evidence" then make it so moderators can view deleted comments or something.

Thats all I feel like typing.
