That wasn't a very... professional request. Also, did you even read the OP? He wants to work with other devs, not be the only one. Also, you didn't even link your community. He can't even look at it and decide.

Hi, I have a few projects I'm looking for a developer to work on for a new server idea I've had. I won't claim that it's incredibly unique because it is a DarkRP concept, my community has always been fond of the idea of us having a DarkRP server. But I don't want to just run a basic DarkRP server, I want to bring something different to the table. I have a job currently posted actually about one of the features I'd like to see done in this server. If you'd like you can contact me via Steam, SF, or even on my forums (if you're interested). Hey man! I don't know if you're still doing this (I would think you are as the thread isn't locked) but i'm looking for someone to code for me. The run down is that there is still a thriving GTA:SA Multiplayer community. Me and a friend are looking to open a US DayZ server in which there is a huge lack of as of now. As me and my friend jumped from server to server there seemed to be a lack of US only servers. We lagged a good bit due to where the servers were being hosted and we started to come up with the idea of making a US sided version. Over the next two weeks we'll be creating the ideas for the development stage, in which will NEED Lua scripters.
If you'd like to take the oppurtunity let me know! We are also willing to pay!
Hello! I'm Kyle. Me and a few friends are starting up this Gaming Community. I am currently planning and developing the Community, aspects like the forums, logo, steam group etc, DarkRP server etc, we are starting off with a DarkRP Community and we would love to have you part of our team. Me and said few friends have been part of Successful Communities in the past, but sadly those all shut down due to DDOS. But we plan on starting up new community as a low-key continuation from the chain of servers we came from. We know quite a lot of people who would join if the server started and we actually worked on development. I'm currently looking into learning to code with the LUA Langauge, specifically for Gmod/DarkRP. I have a few ideas of addons which would make our server unique and standout. When I actually get a job I will be willing to pay and reward for the help you provide, you will definitely be recognized in our community if you do choose to help us out. Here's the main idea I was talking about:
Specific Jobs have their own Types of XP, example being Gangsters have GXP (Gangster XP) Cops have PXP (Police XP). Each level they unlock, they unlock certain things like New Salaries, New Weapons, New Job Title? Maybe Citizens can have LifeXP and unlock jobs themselves. Just basically an addon to add a XP system for each job which can unlock certain entities, weapon purchases, jobs etc.
