Issues with Old Gamemode

Got a gamemode here a friend of mine made, need some help fixing up. Its all regarding mysql i think, errors seem to all be about database and stuff.

Using tmysql. If you want to help <3 pls do and add me and ill maybe pay if you want <3

First of all it would be nice if you could give us an error and second if you want to hire someone you should do that on the job section.
