Network error on Download

I'm having absolutely no other download issues except this script: https://scriptfodder.com/scripts/view/1538. I manage to get about half way through downloading then I receive a "Failed: Network Error". Is scriptfodder having large amounts of traffic? It does come around 41 MB, so a bit on the larger side but I'm baffled on why I can't download this addon. I'm having no internet issues on my end, I'm connecting to everything else perfectly fine and I've tried downloading other files but there was no trouble there. I'm wondering if there's an alternative way to download this script?

Edited Follow up to this, all of the versions will only download up to 16.4 MB no more no less. It seems like scriptfodder has a max download?

Try a different web browser, or alternatively try turning off your anti-virus

Now relooking at the discussions on the script, there seems to be a redundancy of problems relating to downloading it. I've tried everything, and yet it still doesn't download.

Edited I've disabled everything, and still having the same issue. Just take a glance at the discussion area, there's plenty of complaints regarding downloading the script.

I just downloaded it fine. How is your internet holding up?

Your internet is too slow to download such a large file. The connection probably times out halfway through the download. It could be many issues such as your ISP timing you out or a misconfiguration on ScriptFodder's servers.

I can't really suggest a solution for you though.

pretty much. the only thing I can suggest to you is to try a VPN or something. Maybe even find a remote login machine you can jew off of. I'm not sure where you would be able to find one though.

Got a little closer to finishing the download with a VPN server located in the UK, but sadly failed as well. I apreciate the help, I'm hoping the script owner is willing to supply an alternative way of downloading the file other than scriptfodder, or willing to give a refund (Not really expecting him to do so).

My area has shitty service and availability for ISPs, my part of town is old as fuck and monopolized by shitty AT&T and TDS. It's DSL, but hopefully they install Fiber lines soon.

AT&T? Oh shit, AT&T is TRASH. They won't install Fiber lines anytime soon, too expensive. I'm sorry for you.
