Hey how could I make it that the Detective for example can pickup 2 primary weapons?

make a primary weapon secondary and put it in the detective buy menu

I don't really want that, I mean that he can pickup 2 weapons from the ground. I've looked at the gamemode files but I can't find anything that could achieve this..
