"Unique" Money Printer Addons

Cool. This shit has already existed for a while. It isn't original. I've seen scripts from 2014 that do the same exact thing. It's like saying "This guys DarkRP printers are the only ones listed on the market, therefore they're original and not just copy pasted in concepts."

It isn't original. Don't try and protray it like they came up with the idea. Free screencap scripts already existed before, and I'm sure some are still out there.

Highly doubt those other ones have real-time streaming as well as a web panel but sure, just because something exists doesn't mean it can't be remade and improved upon, that's the whole concept of innovation. Give us some 100% unique ideas if you want though.

That's literally what I'm saying. 95% of stuff on here is just remade shit. It's all regurgitated. If you want my unique ideas, you can pay me for them. I already got fucked once by giving out some ideas and they didn't even credit me, but still made like $300.

This could have been such a positive discussion about how to improve money printers and shared ideas of what can make a money printer more appealing to server owners. Considering we have a lot of server owners on the site, this would have been a great opportunity to discuss why money printers are quite often the same, and what could be done to expand the idea of a printer.

Speaking of what could be done to expand the idea of a printer.

here are a few ideas (none are related to each other so don't treat them as such)

1. currently money printers are pretty no-win no-fee because they're designed to be bought, left in a base and generally make their money back within 30 minutes to an hour, making them a pretty risk-free investment. thats generally down to how the server owner has configured them, but a printer that climbs a tier every x amount of minutes of uptime, each tier increasing the amount of money, would be awesome.
2. now that i think about it, that could actually be a really interesting mechanic because it adds more value to raiding, people will be more likely to raid in the hopes to get high tier printers rather than starting from the bottom with their own printers
3. money printing is too easy right now, however they also shouldn't be too complex. i think there is a line between those overly complex drug addons and the basic nature of most printers, i think that line is having all money that comes out of a printer be effectively "dirty money" that you have to clean before you can use it. cleaning would be done through an npc but for a high price it's possible to buy an in-house money cleaner.
4. this doesn't really change how money printers work per say - but it would add an interesting rp element. what if different jobs had different multipliers for the amount they get from a printer, for example a police officer could get 200/hour and a banker could get 2000/hour, it would add an interesting dynamic and could allow printers to be treated as a legal item. bankers could set up their own bank and hold peoples printers, taking a cut for themselves whilst allowing the user to take more money

Here's an idea. Just remake the basis of what a money printer is. Yea, it prints money. Make it do something else. Maybe make a weapon printer or some shit. Something that hasn't been done before and isn't the same shit over and over again.

Literally, no one has made a weapon printer yet. But it would be cool. #CreditMeIfYouUseThisYouSkids

Not too sure what you mean by "weapon printer" but this is the only thing I know of. Looking at the sales is really flopped, didn't pay off to "reinvent the wheel" in that case.

Yea, well that was a ton of complicated crap that really didn't need to be done. I mean a money printer that just prints weapons. You buy it. It prints a random weapon every 5 or 10 or whatever you set it to minutes. That's it. Not complicated.

Might not sell well, but the point I'm trying to get across is just make something as simple as a money printer, but different.

Maybe we can come full circle and make a money printer printer where it prints money printers.

I'm a genius

Actually had an idea similar to this while making Advanced Printers. A kinda "Printer Rack" that can be used to store multiple printers, and with a monitor in the middle to manage them all at the same time, never got round to adding it though.
