CAN MODS BE MORE CAREFUL?
I'm boiling with anger now..
I do realize that I didn't stick evidence to all my bans in the past, because some bans were just plain obvious and I doubted that these certain people would apply after what they have done.
** I'll be using 'then' a lot, I'm not going to keep it formal **
I was constantly saying (as a joke) that once I get deseated, people will start using my demote as a reason to get unbanned - but I didn't take it seriously nor did I believe they'll succeed.. but now, some people who were banned by me for serious stuff are now unbanned and it simply infuriates me that they, the cancer of this community, are able to walk around and have access to scripts.
Let's start off with the guy called (in the past) DG-Owner Ben aka Green Eagle aka 4 other alts that I banned.
- HIS CASE NO LONGER COUNTS, HE WAS BANNED FROM SELLING SCRIPTS NOW SO I'M SETTLED -
Then there was the other guy called Mathias - anyone who was active in SF thread on Facepunch back then must remember that broken-english-argentinian who posted 20 support tickets for different issues with my addon (that I've consequently all fixed, even tho some of them were fake as I found out later, only like 2 were real).
When I refunded him, he kept on using my addon + leaks of my scoreboard (which he thought I would never find out, because his server was IP locked to argentina only, but I spent my time setting up VPN to join it).
Lastly, he leaked all addons he bought from me.
After I banned him, he started shitposting in the thread, threatened to sue me, then threatened to dox me - finally started derailling thread by posting how rich he is and that he bought a Xeon-based server hardware now.
..He was unbanned 3 months ago.
I'm really concerned who else got unbanned, despite not deserving it - I only found out about Mathias because I was looking through my ancient tickets for Raids: Money Stack.
Things got to change, my bans should still be considered valid despite lack of stickied evidence - I don't know why anyone can now apply for an unban (and get it) and my ban, regardless of how serious the provided reason - is being just ignored.

And this is again why I have stated time and time again that devs should be allowed to view (not necessarily post) the refugee thread. This sort of bullshit wouldn't happen then.

These people didn't use the refugee camp, and the one who did admitted his mistake, and is permanently banned from selling scripts(Because he was banned for selling other peoples work) - and will be permanently banned upon next offence without the option to appeal

That clears a lot, so I can drop the Eagle case. But I'll hunt down the guy who unbanned Mathias.
I don't know who unbanned Mathias, it is also none of your business if we knew. I also don't remember an unban appeal from him, so I don't know why he got unbanned, or who he spoke with. Anyways, since his unban he has not visited any leak related pages, and he's purchased some scripts in the mean time, so it seems he is trying to hold a good record this time.
We don't unban left and right, and nobody on the staff team unbans people because you were the banner, and sees the ban as "invalid" because of that.

It is my business - people like him destroy the market, he would be even more of my business if I was a mod again.

His ban is also extremely old, and the moderator who unbanned him probably had a fair enough reason to do so. And like I said, he has not caused any harm after his unban. At least none we know of.

My 'hunt down the guy' was a joke - I would simply request a justification for his decision. I've in fact talked to Marcus about this after posting the thread and I calmly asked for logs regarding the ban, to which he replied that they didn't keep any logs back then - but they will this update.
I hope that explains and we can end this offtopic.
I only hope Mathias gets caught sooner or later.

Unless he really didn't use leaks for his own personal use I don't see why he would be unbanned. Just sayin.
We're not talking about specific people. Each situation is different, and is handled individually.

@No Orginality - Mathias should be banned, for purely different reasons than you think - he broke atleast 5-6 different rules and created a shitton of drama, but you don't know nothing about it so don't start an argument.
