But did you help him after that?I mean the review is kind of unnecessary because at least you answered the ticket

We're still friends on steam so I guess he could message me there and I would help him (Or simply he could reopen the ticket). But I got a little ticked off after he made that review and I closed the ticket (I know, childish). So his issue is still yet to be resolved.

Like I said, I have no intention of going against his review and I'll keep it there, was just wondering if others felt the same.

edit : i usually don't get the really retarded guy's reviews removed just to make fun of them in the answer

There was this time where the guy was saying he didn't want to give me FTP access because he had porn on his FTP

You helped him, or attempted to (seeing as there is no recent post). From what the ticket looks like he didn't get an immediate fix, and thought it was poor support cause "it's still broken" and you were asking him for more info.

In the instance of that I would require him to specify how it's "poor support" - and then it's arguable from there.
