Looks quite professional, I wish you great success.

The websites aren't exactly bad, but they didn't amaze me either but I guess that will change over time :)

Good luck :)

Why can I not use my scroll wheel on the sites? Very irritating. Anyhow, good looking websites. Do you use wordpress to make the sites though?

#5

Noticed a couple things regarding the styling of the site and not sure if they are intentional. When you hover on footer links the text becomes white or a colour which makes it near impossible to read, I'd recommend looking at another hover effect. Switching in and out of desktop to mobile views have quite a few inconsistency's. I understand they're supposed to have differences but there's essentially two different mobile views. Again, I understand most people don't sit there and resize the desktop and will get the intended mobile view on their mobile but consistency is something which you should aim for.

To me, what you offer seems quite unclear. Without looking into it, it seems you design and develop websites. When looking at your services page you're charging monthly amounts so it comes across that you also host the website? Otherwise I'm unsure what the monthly fee is for. Apologies If I'm being stupid but from a brief look, it's unclear to me.

This isn't a dig, just suggesting some possible improvements. Best of luck!

No idea why the scrolling isn't working seems to be fine for me! Try another browser Maybe?

Fully understand your confusion! As I said the fees on the website are not relevant such as monthly. The reason I was doing is to supply the hosting for each website and constant support for the client. Such as design changes and content adding (content supplied by client) yea my website is a bad example there are things I need to change it was all fine including the footer and now an add on has changed this not been able to sort it out! Yea with the two different ones I have an add-on for a simple mobile site as the "responsive theme doesn't work on mobile. And also I am learning a lot busy as I learn I want to help as well. No one's perfect ๐Ÿ˜. Just depending on what the client wants I will then discuss pricing. The main thing I want to do is set up a website with a nice look and a forum for gmod or anything else really. I've had servers and to maintain a website and the game itself isn't easy especially on your own.

Thank you for your feedback and hope I've cleared a few things up!

Man, if I knew using WordPress made you a web developer, then that's means I've been a web dev since middle school !!!!

Ok I gotta clear that up:

Using WordPress it self does (of course) not make you to a great "Web Developer". But investing enough money for a few very special plugins turns Wordpress to a pretty decent CMS Software. And I'm not kidding, I made Internships at 2 (not even small) companies doing Website Creation/Hosting, both of them are/were using Wordpress.

I mean why not? Invest a bit of money for a software which allows you to easily create extremely good looking websites in a very short time. And what many people don't know either: Some companies pay up to $50.000 (Fifty-Thousand) for Websites.

Why would you create every Website from scratch? It's just much more expensive and time consuming. That's how business works (don't take this sentence too serious from me). That's what I've experienced

I also would never call someone using CMS a Web "Developer". Rather Web Designer or some other way of clarifying you are not actually developing them

As it also says web designer. I use WordPress for business reasons. I have addons on there to make it easy for my clients to edit their website. Time is a problem for most companies so I've made it as easy as possible. Also depending on what the client wants I know how to develop. I can code website but takes a while to do so offering a fast service that can take a day rather than a month I think is a bit more eye catching don't You? Thanks for your feedback anyway.

Thanks for sticking up for me! Yea everything you've pretty much said is true. I can also code but time is of the essence and saying you can make one in a day and yoh can easily change anything you want rather than coding one in a month is more eye catching! Thanks:)

Why even list these?

Custom Domains (www.YourServerName.co.uk)Custom Emails ([email protected])

Why not just make a "Site Readiness Package" which includes the basic services of getting a website setup.

This is about the same cringe as someone who lists CSS and HTML as "known languages".

Edit Excuse my harsh words; I stopped smoking a week ago, and I'm on a war-path with anything that moves atm. Time to change my patch. Best of luck though.

Hi I am from the internet, I think your designs are mild. I feel like you should add a bit more color into them evidently making them more vibrant :)

Anyway gl.

As i said these where to client specifications. As they are for different audiences they are more sleek looking. These are real businesses which are up and running apart from the candles. There are different templates in the services when you go into them.

Thank you for your feedback.

Thanks, I'm trying not to kill anyone during this time. I'm happy to report, there are only a few bodies to dispose of. Take this as a PSA, anyone who decides to pick up a cigarette is a fucking moron.

"Oh, I can quit whenever I want, it'll be easy"

Yup, eating my words.

Best of luck with the service though.

Companies will sometimes offer clients to have their site built using a WordPress pre-built theme if their budget is low or they want to spend it on something else like marketing. The reason customers come to an agency for a website is to get something custom, otherwise why wouldn't they use the WordPress pre-built theme, customize it and then find some cheap hosting?

From my experience in the industry, we will always build our client a completely custom theme which has gone through all of the phases before to make it perfect for them. WordPress is a CMS allowing the client to make changes to the content of the site without coming to the developers. Personally, I don't think WordPress is all that good and prefer something like Craft CMS. Again, from experience, we've only used a pre-built theme if the client approves and wants to spend their budget on something else like marketing.

I'd agree with you by saying someone isn't a web developer if they use WordPress pre-built themes but I would say a most front-end developers should know how to make custom themes for WordPress and other CMS.
