"Justified ban"; unjustly removed
99% of my statements are backed up by evidence so mods don't lock this for a weird reason.
#1 Intro
The person I'm reporting is Pat(https://scriptfodder.com/users/view/76561198202328247) and there's a huge reason why. He was originally banned in this post (https://scriptfodder.com/community/threads/708-patagain/post-5985#post-5985) by Crap-Head permanently for using leaks and stealing code. Now let's also back that up with the fact that Marcuz said the ban was totally justified (https://scriptfodder.com/community/threads/708-patagain/post-6239#post-6239) but why was he unbanned?
#2 Unbanned because...
Pat was unbanned by the moderator Nookyava aka the "anime buddy" as he(pat) claimed in his bio, now after discussing this with Marcuz he said Pat and Nooky were not friends, BUT why would nooky instantly unban pat with the most retarded reason and even without Crap-Heads' word? (http://i.satanseye.com/2allf.png) now you can argue that Marcuzs' word is just as good, but it was Crap-Heads' ban so he should have handled it not Nooky. Now let's go back to where Nooky said "his last chance" he also says it before the newest message in the staff chat (http://i.satanseye.com/dlzc5.png) that was Pats' chance really? Then why is he getting hell a 3rd-4th chance(this isn't the second report)? Especially for using leaks to benefit from instead of buying them and stealing code from a pal(virtus) that shared the script (http://i.imgur.com/Gay0VmF.png). This is completely unjust, I would have agreed with Crap-Heads' statement, but a longer duration but yet it's an instant unban cause the anime buddies have dicks out for harambe.
#3 Original reports against pat.
Let's start with mine. I started to call Pat out on using xbeastguyx's coinflip code (the one that made it actually work) cause pat can't code for shit(http://i.imgur.com/Gay0VmF.png). After that the anime buddy (nookyava) came in and said he'd ban me if I continued to call Pat out on breaking the rules aka stealing code. After that he told Pat to re-submit the script to get the comments wiped (that's where he told me in PM if I post again I'll be banned). Which has never happened to any content creator, it's always had the comments stuck there and seen drama or not (of course the person starting pointless drama would get banned). This is just complete favoritism right here, since NO-ONE else was able to get their script re-submitted and drama cleared.
Now enough of my side, let's go to CodeBlue's report(https://scriptfodder.com/community/threads/708-patagain). CodeBlue originally stated that Pat had used xbeastguysx code but CodeBlue being nice he decided to write it for pat cause like I said pat can't code for shit. After that, Pat wanted to make another shitty addon and guess what he told CodeBlue, the same thing as beast different context of course(http://i.satanseye.com/isn2x.png), and that's what spiked the report from CodeBlue. Now everyone was on-board as this was the third report (other one being him and a friend ddosing servers, and mine on his script). Pat attempted to defend himself with the most retarded statements ever which got rejected by the community cause people read, there where some people that attempted to defend him(https://scriptfodder.com/community/threads/708-patagain/post-6218#post-6218) with plain ignorance and didn't read a single fucking thing which I countered instantly and easily(https://scriptfodder.com/community/threads/708-patagain/post-6233#post-6233). After that report he was banned for using leaks to benefit himself and using other peoples' code.
#4 Conclusion (tl;dr)
In conclusion Pat was unjustly unbanned from ScriptFodder which is completely unacceptable cause if he was unbanned like this (what was said inside) the giant wall of text above. Now if it was a justified unban then everyone else that downloaded leaks and used them to benefit themselves should be unbanned right? And everyone who used other peoples' code too, this is honestly common sense at this point. Pat should be re-banned at MINIMUM 5 months, or justly banned forever for breaking rules that are HIGHLY OFFENSIVE to content creators.

I hate Pat because he technically scammed my friend out of customers by stealing his code and using it in a "modern-flat UI" that was designed by Virtus not him. Along with that he's a complete asshat to people not just me so fuck him. Pretty much any statement Pat says in this post is completely invalid and already has been countered cause he has no platform to defend from cause he's in the wrong. Also I'd like it if this was locked after the situation is over.
Anyways, I'm going to sleep it's 1:58 AM and I'm fucking tired of pointing out pat's retardation on facepunch.
I think that Luna has a huge point here when pat was unbanned I questioned myself as to whether the admin team was biased towards him.
This Guy shouldn have been banned it's against the rules to upload other people's work to sell which he broke but was allowed to carry on anyway?

I saw, it's still unjust that someone who stole and used code in a PAYED addon is unbanned, sure the script could have been disabled but that would only leave it to one last reason he should be banned using shared/leaks scripts to benefit himself which Crap-Head stated.

Staff team no, only Marcuz gave his input and instantly nook was on the case to remove it after. It was Crap-Heads ban not Nooks.
Not awkward if he broke the rules and was a smart ass about it being not against the rules to do anything he did. Seriously think about it, if a leaker was unbanned after JUST being banned cause him and the mod are friends wouldn't that be unjust?

I saw the slack messages, it's Nook who was defending him and jumped right into the noose and unbanned him after you said "ya". Crap-Head said nothing before hand, I got the slack chat if you want it all.
Main reason why I have an issue with nook is cause of the favorites game. Last time it was on the hosting thread and Pats' script, now of course it was the same, but the way he was doing it was complete favoritism and letting one hosting company get the upper hand. Now of course after the other 4 threads opened that showed the issue. Matt was the one who stopped it by closign the other hosting thread pointing out it wasn't the place to advertise nor ever will be.
I think any posts about pat or any of this dealing with luna vs. pat and vice versa should honestly be removed and handled privately if matters need be. I've had my name out here way too much when we both as individual parties (pat and I) have been fairly silent. Please as speaking from someone who is trying avidly to avoid drama. If you have something against us, or individually against us take it to me personally. I don't want this to continue on this forums it's half the reason I stopped bothering to even go on here.

Like I said, I tried to talk to Pat about it, yet he wanted to "bitch fight" as he calls it, and all he did was say "DMCA it" when obviously it's a fucking bannable offence.
Most of this isn't your issue, this is 99.99% pat's issue and always will be, you never got additional author or anything on the scripts so you're technically not affiliated apart from the sharing part which is pretty much voided on your half cause Pat could have said "yeah let's use it for our server", instead he came out and said he was using it for his own benefit.
You seriously don't need to get involved, main protagonists in this is, Me(or the other content creators), Pat and Nooky. Nooky barely but enough to mention and bring up.

Virtus specalizes in design, and I do coding so why not make it like this, I use the money I earn on ScriptFodder on the community we both share so he doesn't see a problem in it?

Just cause you do a bit of UI doesn't credit you for the stolen code (which is in the OP if you wanna read) nor the design.
Your scripts(at least coinflip and your other shitty gambling one you where planning) are made by someone else apart from the config and a little ui.
