DarkRP Enhancement
Hello Gmodstore collective,
Lately I've been pondering what can be done with DarkRP to enhance the experience of those who frequent servers with this gamemode. As a DarkRP server owner, I feel obligated to provide people who join my server with the best experience possible. I'm reaching out to this community for suggestions as to what can make DarkRP more enjoyable.
Gmodstore has been helpful for me, as it will allow my community to experience things like cars from VCMod (for ease of use in navigating larger maps,) and an active Casino (thanks to Hobbes.) There are several other addons I plan on implementing from Gmodstore which will add interesting new mechanics to my server. Going beyond this, I'd like to hear your perspective about what can be done to make a DarkRP server unique.
One of the ideas I hear a lot in this community is that in order to succeed you need custom content. I've seen a countless number of jobs here created by community owners that are trying to accomplish this task. However, creating jobs to customize a server without a clear representation of what users want is somewhat aimless.
What is it that DarkRP players are looking for, and how can we give it to them? What could be done to make a DarkRP server different from other servers? What could captivate players to the point where they want to stay and become a larger part of your community?

Horribly wrong in my opinion.Every server offers that, everyone got the same script from Gmod, nothing special. Custom Content is what people want and many servers having custom content are quite successful.~ Momox
Gmodstore scripts aren't "unique" and I personally would rather play at a server where I can enjoy myself and have fun instead of a server with a lot of gmodstore scripts but a boring community who only cares about progressing. Call me old fashioned but I prefer social interactions over camping inside your base just printing money (or any other alternative way to make money at your base)
EDIT: I'm not saying scripts doesn't have any effect on the server, I'm just saying for me personally a good community is more important than custom content.

Sorry, just realized I misunderstood you, I thought that said you need GmodStore Script for a good Community.
