The police one looks good but the EMS one looks like it's made out of plastic. I know a lot probably can't be done about that. Actually, most of the cars and skins people make for them look like the cars just left the show room floor. Someone needs to make a addon that actually applies dirt/scratches to the paint jobs over time to make shit look more realistic.

I agree that is a good idea and I have thought about that, but have never actually attempted to put "usage" on any of my skins.
