2. If it's the first script you ever made, there's a very very high chance of it not being accepted

5. Don't submit useless shit, if you haven't spend many weeks-months on doing something that's really awesome, then go to the workshop.

Show us what you've done first, then we might be able to tell you if it's worth to be sold.

Not sure, but I believe if it says Access denied, then you're probably banned from creating scripts.
