Don't be a dick to your customers.
Yeah, please don't. How the fuck are customers supposed to respect you when you don't respect them? A lot of people already hate big software/game companies (and for good reason) don't make indie programmers look bad too. By being assholes, you paint the entire site in a bad light, and may encourage leaks.
So please, try to be make customers feel welcome here, even if they are idiots who always forget to check the "failed uploads" tab in FileZilla. Be the kind of person who people want to support. Because without all of the customers, we wouldn't be here.
EDIT: Oh, I'm not deleting bad reviews or complaints if you're a dick. You don't wanna be the next lapin, do you????
I can see if you're complaining about customers between each other, that's fine. We all need to vent, and people suck.
I've been seeing more and more recently though that it's been public. There's even been altercations with customers. Just try to tone it back a bit.
