[BUG] Cant insert decimal values in job Budget when creating job

Hello,

Simple bug,when creating a job if you put a job budget of 7.5 or 7,5 and click apply the value remains at 7 not sure if this is intentional or not so i am reporting it since its most likely unintentional rounding.

I am going to close this without fixing it as any bug with the current site is not worth fixing unless critical as it's getting replaced with a new version at the 15th - 16th of September.
