A note to ALL ScriptFodder customers who have issues with a script.
Last read Never
I am going to stress this; if you are a customer of a script on ScriptFodder and you are having issues getting the script to work; DO NOT leave a ticket just saying "It doesn't work".
This tells us absolutely NOTHING related to what issues you're having. And then the ticket has to sit there extra time because now I'm waiting on a response back with a description of what is going on.
I believe someone already posted earlier on the forums about what you should leave in your ticket when you make one.
- Any errors that you are getting.
- What you do to trigger the error.
- What you've already tried in order to get this to work.
Having tickets just sit around because I have to wait 3 days for a response is getting annoying, when this is probably a 20min ticket related to something small.

By the way... to this customer... "steel" waiting on a response back....
