Persistence / Permanent Props
Hi there Gmodstore! Today I'm reaching out for help because i'm completely dumbfounded with an issue on my server. Alright so, many roleplay servers run Falco's Prop Protection for their prop protecting/anti-mingy measures, well, I thought I was too jazzy and laggy for that crap, so I had paid a developer who's no longer active in the glua community to make me a custom prop protection addon. Welp, fast forward a few months later, I came to realize this really weird issue when attempting to add permanent props to my map: Upon a complete server restart, permanent props do not spawn in, HOWEVER, if used changelevel through console in order to reload the server's map to the same exact one, permanent props DO spawn in properly - leading me to cross out the idea that the data/ files have any sort of syntax fault.
I am too stupid to resolve this issue myself - and I feel as though with the information provided, lots if you will have a strong idea as to why this is occuring. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I will be a happy beta cuck.

Oddly enough either it's a coincidence or not I know of 2 other people who just experienced this issue (and still are). I guess it's a gmod issue or a huge coincidence.

I would say it's a coincidence- because I do not utilize more than a handful of Gmodstore addons on my server (there is no common denominator) and this issue is strictly with the use of my custom prop protection addon, which I know was not sold to any other server.
how many permaproped props total? had same issue before aswell as one that happened where map restarts caused props to not spawn but map change would let them spawn. I believe serverguard MAY be related as the issue started for me the moment I made the switch from ulx
