I don't blame him, you can't just threaten with a dispute after your not happy with something and then undispute and think everything will still go your own way. You could potentially hurt someone this way and I don't blame the author; you should think before you act and he has every right to keep you unrevoked. You attempted a dispute and I don't see why you deserve to keep getting updates and support after that. Just my thoughts anyway.

I agree with Quack, you've tried to power play yourself into forcing him into giving you support quicker, when if you'd waited he would have given you support when he had time (Within a fair margin ofc). This position you're in is completely your own fault and you deserves this to be honest...

What rule? ScriptFodder automatically revokes your addon the moment you dispute/charge back them, ain't his fault you disputed within hours cause you're an inpatient fuck.

p.s. some developers don't even answer until about a weeks notice

Yes they are learn them :) if the scripter does't fix or reply fr help to fix the addons he sell that's a ban :)

But is the script globally broken? Or have you just got errors on your server (maybe addons are conflicting)? Because I though that only applied if the script was globally broken (The current version didn't work for anyone)

They are some people told the same of me does't ork no rain nothing.Just got the day and night.But the scripter does't want respond or try to fix it apparently.If you look the rating.And no no errors no log apparent.

I can confirm that Simpleweather is still completely functional with every single feature working. This makes me feel like you just didn't know what you were doing and never got it to work. And I don't blame him for revoking the script from you.
