No experience - few questions [Gmod server]

Hey readers,

First of all I've no idea if I'd put this thread in the right section of the forums. I do apologize if I put the thread in the wrong section!

So as you may have seen in the title I do have some questions regarding hosting a functional Garry's Mod server.

My friends and I are currently looking for our own server to begin with. Not the typical competitive (as in, seeks for the most players) server, but just a server for us to talk while having fun in a game. Now since we were all part of a HogwartsRP server we wanted to host one for ourselfs.

Since this is a different kind of gamemode than DarkRP I've a few questions:

1) Do I need to hire/code this gamemode from scratch or is it avaible for the public?

2) There are a few things that need to be scripted like, a mechanism that sorts players into a house (randomized), a mechanism that shows active classes and a timer and switches between classes (randomized) while assigning particular houses to these active classes and a system that only allows certain jobs to drop spells during these active classes.

Now this is more and less the reason why I came to Gmodstore. If I need to pay someone for this as job to recreate, what would be a fair price to pay for someone I hire?

I would apologize that this may sound very dumb to most members of this community due to my lack of experience.
