Why would there be a need for that on a marketplace like this? I reckon people would just abuse it to get free advertisement for things not even hosted on SF.

Have a notice pop up when creating a new job saying:

"Warning: Pay only when the script is working and the coder has showed you that the script is working. If you sense something fishy then take screenshots. Based on Rep it will be decided who goes first (Person with 1 rep will pay first to the person with 5 rep or person with 1 rep will give the script to the person with 5 rep first.).

If both have the same rep (below 10) or 0 rep then the coder will always go first. Otherwise if both have the same rep above 10, then you can choose. This your only warning to avoid being scammed. Make sure the code or whatever they give you is not stolen from somewhere else."

The only part I agree with is the warning about...

Only pay when the script is working and you have verified such.

... Don't start playing games with rep, it's messy and a pain to deal with.

I mean there's enough warning as it is, plus a new job system is coming out soon.

Plus most users will ignore the warning as it is, users that aren't smart aka the people who don't research don't really have hope at all unless they can get them selves together.
