Server Crash Screen [ADDON, ERROR]

Hey,

I've installed the server crash screen addon and configured it properly.However I did do the command in the console to test it out and it only showed "Additional/Other Servers" with the list being empty.It didn't show the title nor the description I put.I also cut my connection to test it normally, and the screen didn't even appear after 10 secs. I am also getting this weird error in the console
