how long did you waited for a response?

Not even 24 hours after you made the ticket without getting a response you've joined my Discord, tagged us, and threatened a bad review. Please be patient. I have other things I'm occupied with on a daily basis, like actual jobs. I'll get to your ticket as soon as I'm able to provide my full attention, but nobody can respond to tickets 24/7.

So why didn’t you immediately tell me that you have things to do? I would understand and be behind you right away. You did not tell me what you were doing, but I was generally in the dark. And no, I didn’t threaten you

Do you honestly expect everyone on this site to give you an instant response time? We're developers and we have jobs (some of us have lives too but not too many of us), it's to be expected that an average response time for a busy developer will take 24-48 hours.

In addition, I don't know what else to make of this besides threatening:

for real, be patient. Developers, especially those with lots of scripts on gms, get Support tickets on daily basis. Not answering right away doesnt mean that they dont care about you but they just dont have the time to support people all the time. Not talking about real life jobs ( had to look it up but thats actually a thing ).

So please: Give the Developers atleast 24h to respond to your ticket :)

Tickets don't have any expectations of confidentiality, you said that you weren't threatening me, I proved otherwise. I don't know what else you expect.

In general, I created this forum only to just find out if any of those who bought addons on the site had delays in responding with the developer. I was just curious to find out.

Unless the developer is inactive it should be aprox 24 hours but can go all the way up to a week. Depends on when you contact them and how much free time they have. Most of the time if a developer has a Discord Server they are a lot more active and responsive in that (like me), but again it depends on the developer.

Hhahaha nobody on gmodstore is normal these lot r freaks
