Dispute
So I reported a guy for trying to re-sell my script and he got banned and now he has opened up a dispute saying the following:
"when i added it to my server i did the command and it's not even working.
And i would just like my money back"
Any tips on how to win this? This is the guy: https://scriptfodder.com/users/view/76561198063079331
Call PayPal and explain the fact that it is a virtual good, and that the user has already downloaded the script.

PayPal's Buyer Protection used to not cover digital goods, so that's why saying "it's an online good" helped in disputes.

That excuse doesn't work in A LOT of countries now. (Not just the UK) It really should be removed from https://scriptfodder.com/knowledgebase/article/7/dealing-with-disputes-chargebacks
I haven't had a problem with it yet.

The world doesn't revolve around the US...
Never implied that now, did I?
OP won't know until he tries it.
Can anyone find me a list of countries where it does not work anymore?
Oh, wow. He closed his own case, woo.

I can't find any mention of specific countries in PayPal's "Business Resource Center" document about buyer protection. It seems like the change applies to all countries.
