I sort of got this computer, and they thought that they would save a lot of money by buying the 4790 instead of the 4790k. Else I would have spent the little bit of money to get the k edition.

EDIT: What is your network speed?

Ah. Looks like you saved your money right then:

They're the same. The difference between a K and non-k intel cpu is that the k series can be overclocked. If you have no intention of overclocking then just get the non K version.

unless you actually want to overclock it

EDIT:What is your network speed?

Just updated the thread with mine.

I updated mine with the speedtest too. But the K also gives you a higher base clock, the normal one runs 3,6 GHz and in turbo 4,0 GHz and the K version runs 4 GHz and in turbo 4,4 GHz.

I came into this thread thinking "well my PC is sad but at least my internet is nice and speedy" but then DJReFor just put me to shame. Where the fuck do you get 200Mb/s down, and how rich do you have to be in order to afford it?

Please don't bully my PC, it's sensitive.

I just wanted to be cool

My shitty pc Winner no this is not fake
